you guys are forgeting something - SAFETY! I've been there too, i thought i knew everything and that some skinny trainer couldn't hold a candle to me......but was i wrong, only after i attended some seminars i realised how many exercises i was doing the wrong way - regarding safety ofcourse.......that's the problem with regular gym rats, they think they know everything, big muscles are not hard to build, just train with heavy weights, eat and juice but to build them safely, meaning with little or no harm to your joints, tendoms, paying attention to correct spine alignment by activation of stabilizers etc is another thing....
