Cain looked fat and slow... you need to give cain your business card coach

That action has been the demise of many potential great fighters.  Not advisable at all.

Look, I really wanted Cain to win but like most fighters they hate to train with weights. Me and my wife were saying how soft Cain looked. All Cardio and little muscle. Its VERY difficult to get these guys out of the old school mentality and convince them the stronger thery are the more successful they will be and also extend they're careers because they will have less injuries. That's why I only train a few..and even that's a pain in the ass.

What do you mean by genetics? Genetics for what? Cains a great fighter. But you can tell who trained for strength and who didn't.

UFC - Welcome To The Junior Dos Santos Era.

  - Extremely technical boxing, combining speed, power and precision like no other.

  - Supreme takedown defenses.

  - Has a reputation for being a BJJ black belt who is fantastic at getting submissions from his back. We have never seen it in the UFC because he never gets taken down.

  JDS = invincible

This guy will be the heavyweight champion for as long as he wants. I wouldn't go as far as calling him the next Fedor, but he is the first truly great heavyweight in the World since Fedor's decline. The only guy who can beat him is a very skilled Muay Thai fighter who uses kicks with precision, and there is no one like this in the heavyweight division besides Overeem. I think Overeem is the only guy with a realistic chance of beating him. No wrestler or BJJ guy will succeed against this guy and surviving a boxing match against him is out of the question.

Evidence that JDS is invincible = he did to 280 lbs Shane Carwin what a grown man would do to a 14 year-old punk if for some mistake he were judged as an adult and put together in a cell with the grown men.

More evidence = undefeated heavyweight champ and college wrestling champion, Cain Velasquez, couldn't take him down no matter how much he tried and failed to hit him more than once while getting clipped several times consecutively, and then got KOd by a perfect spinning right punch from a ridiculous distance where JDS threw his head down and stretched his arm more than a mile far away. Incredible. Cain was completely brutalized and dominated. He couldn't do anything against JDS.

they had a promo on fox where they were punching heavy bags, and you can see the fat shake on cain from the lats, the tits and worst the triceps, looked like a soft Gansito (mexican twinkie)

Hey, idiot, did you read the title of my thread? It's called "Welcome to the Junior dos Santos Era". By definition, his era only started after he won the belt(his era as the best heavyweight in the World). So it would be impossible for me to have made this thread before he won the belt since his era didn't exist at that time. You are one stupid fuck.

JDS didn't move his front leg once when Cain kicked him several times.
Cain tried one half assed single leg takedown.
I like JDS and his fighting style, lets see how long he can hold the belt.

Have you ever been kicked? I mean by a conscious adult, not a drunk invalid. :)
I notice those things every fight, those "little" slaps to the calf/knee/thigh hurt and hurt bad. Really should be checked as much as possible.

Rumor is jds came into this fight with a meniscus injury and couldnt throw punched without it hurting. I guess hes happy it finished fast. Or its just bs doesn't matter though.

Bad example...Roy Nelson is a brawler with an absurdly tough chin. He "survived" 3 rounds getting the shit beaten out of him and no one else in the heavyweight division will be able to do that. There are a lot of fighters in the heavyweight division who are better than Roy Nelson, but no one has his chin.

I was mentioning it to show what a tough fucker Roy is. Not skill wise hence why i said ...he got the shit kicked out of him.
Good fighter though especially now when hes lost some fat. I want to see him in 202 though

Actually I think Roy Nelson is one of the most skilled heavyweights in the UFC, problem is that  he's not athletic and he gets tired easily.
