In ancient times men left cities -monks in monasteries especialy- because it was known that all the bad things were in the cities, so they stayed away. Farmers, lumberjacks, monks etc.

99.9% of what the cities say is good for you actually isnt. If you stay in the environment that nakes you sick then you ll stay sick and it will worsen. Some people are designed to live in cities. The thing a city is good for is broader range of options. I love it, but I also like being "rural".
