guiness is not much better than any beer, among stouts it is easily one of the worst i've ever had. especially since in some bars in america they think for some reason that you should place the glass on the bar when u pour it, as opposed to holding it up to the nozzle, and then they give you a pint of the most awful flat beer you ever had. one time I was beign trained to bartend in this one big bar in manhattan, and that's how they explained it ot me, i didn't say anything because in the restaurant business if you question people they will fire you, but I treid to slowly change things in that bar by telling other new bartenders to not do that, then i got fired anyways

the bar I work in sold the most Guinness in Ireland last year for its suppliers using the Pull Your Own Pint tables.
