It seems the burden of proof goes out the window for some people, when the person getting bashed is something they don't like.

This guy "didnt bring it up", 33, but he sure as hell didn't have to admit anything.

this story stinks.   People believe it because fox has conditioned their dumbfck viewers to hate whoever they hate.  They coudl run a piece bashing mother teresa and you'd have getbiggers bashing her for her lack of help on american streets - why did she only help people in non-USA areas... did she hate america?   Did she support terrorists?  Let's bring in a guy who claims he punched her in the face in 1986, and he happens to be selling a book.... all while billO and steve douchy high five the guy.

It does sound like retaliation for backing ron paul. 

ANyway, if there is any single voter stupid enough to back away from supporting ron paul bcause someone lied about ventura on FOX, then you deserve another 4 years of obamacare and everything else the kenyan can rain on us.

at this point, its so obvious that the media is biased and full of shit, it's laughable now.  We don't even argue it anymore. You had getbiggers in 08 saying "no, fox is the ONLY fair one!" 

They ain't saying that, this go around ;)

Well from what I can find, the SEAL community is not a big fan of Jim Janos aka Jesse Ventura. No one has denied or confirmed the story that I can find, but then again most of this type of shit is kept within the community.

I don't think impressiveness of military record automatically equals honesty, does it? 

i'd prefer to see which party has evidence to back up their accusation.
