i like to eat them with some low fat vanilla wafers damn thats some good flavanoid falcons for ya bors.
its great for energy and staying up later at night. i was already eating tons of f'n greens , maintaining perfect glossy skin complexion with this food like a model i am. getting a bit stronger slowly now again. doing about 50-60 weighted dumbell squats today with 80 pounds total. sometimes using 120 barbell . im hopefully trying to progress onto the 125 pound dumbells for squats, that would be beast on my traps as well as quads. I do these legs every single day to see how my recovery is from soreness, tightness and aching from training a bodypart everysingle day no days off.
my recovery is MUCH MUCH better when eating alot of strawberries with some vanilla wafers, plenty of fresh raw dark grapes, carrot juice everyday not sure if its pasturized so it probably looses some vitamins in pasturization, i also eat TONS OF RAW TURNIP and MUSTARD greens by the handful and bag full, this really helps the most. ill also have some baked beans mixed with regular beans of various kinds every day.... also my favorite lunch wich i have everyday.......is....
i also have a SPECIAL RECIPE i swerve with rice, i slice up about two tomatoes, add mozerella, feta cheese, garlic , paprika, sea salt and bake at 360 for about 10 minites or so damn that is really good on rice playa!
