What exactly is the point in looking like shit for 350 days a year? (and the other 15 days they still look like shit, but to a lesser degree) That shouldn't be the goal of bodybuilding, and this is the exact reason why this cult is going to shit, but keep defending this idiotic behaviour.
As a bodybuilder you should strive to look strong and healty, not bloated, unhealthy as hell like you could collapse any minute.
