youve got a point there, but people have to start somewhere.if a newcomer is fat and goes on gear, he will be ok as long diet is clean imo.also, if they build some muscle first despite being fat, the following diet will come easier.if one is simply not the type to get lean easy, its better to go on gear straight away imo.i seen plenty people trying to get lean, starting out at 20-25% bf, they get down to 15 maybe but thats the end of the road.but yeah, socalled ectomorphs have the quickest optical results.being lean must be overall goal either way
