I think City Blends is a branch off of Extreme Blendz.  I think the guys were partners and something went wrong so they split and now have their own companies.  Am I right.  Anyway, some great tasting drinks and veryhigh in carbs.  Allot of fruity mixes.  The main thing is the simplicity and speed you can make a drink.  Very efficient.

Yes, no nutritional info.  The same as with "Blends for U"  It's a very Turn-Key system with blender, ice machines, bags of syrups, protein powder and peanut butter.  Very Easy.

Try "Shake This," They use real fruit and give nutritional info.

We use "Blends for U" becuase it's quick and easy...average people just want something that tastes good.

This picture was taken on January 15, 2005 at my husband's store, CITY BLENDS in Rowlett, TX.  To respond to some of the comments about City Blends, YES, some of the smoothies are high in carbs because their made with fruit puree.......fruit are CARBS!!!  They are the absolute best tasting smoothies out there though and are made with 100% whey protein instead of egg or something else inferior.  City Blends even has a Performance Menu out now with drinks containing SuperCharge, Vitargo, Nitrix, and Redline!!

Yes, there is a City Blends inside the 24Hour Fitness Lance Armstrong location on Research Blvd.  There's also a new one opening in 3 weeks in Round Rock near a new Gold's Gym.
