Weights 3 times a week...Cardio 3 times a week...Eat less, drink more water. If you could get to 8% and under at 2500 cals in your 20's, eat 2000 cals into your 30's. Once you get into your 40's, you don't need more than 1800 cals. 1500 cals in your 50's. And when you hit 60, 1200 cals will be enough. These numbers are to maintain muscle and be ripped.
