What's the worst side effect you've had from gear?
« on: December 15, 2005, 07:45:55 PM »
I thought I'd start this thread for the new guys who might be thinking of juicing and are wondering if the stories they have heard are true. Personally, when I was a kid, we watched a video at school and all I can remember was the guy telling us his "nuts shrank to the size of raisins". He was an NFL player, and I'm not sure but I think he was the guy who died of a coke OD.

Anyway, I'll start. Here's MY side effects:

Pimples- I have a few pimples on my back and shoulders. Nothing major. When I took dbols, and all at once (which you shouldn't do) I got boil like pimples on my face.

Hair- I've got more hair on my chest and belly, plus a few my back. Mind you, I'm only 25 so I migt be getting hairier naturally.

Slight aggression- I have been irratable slightly when on Sustanon. By this I mean when someone fucked with me, normally I'd let it go. When on Sust, I'd give them the opportunity to punch on. That's all. I didn't turn into a crazed axe murderer.

Possible kidney pain- when I was on dbols only, I felt slight pain in my kidneys. I stopped taking orals after that and guess what? No more pain.

And last but not least- MUSCLE GROWTH! I went from 100kgs to 110 kgs with less fat and way more shape.

This was only with moderate doses and a pretty ordinary diet. I have had my blood work done and the doc said everything is fine except a slight raise in cholesterol (but it was still pretty good) and my estrogen levels were too high (I can't find any AI).

So moral of the story is:

Gear is no worse for you than drinking or smoking or eating shit food. If you wanna do it, study up, talk to people in the know and make your own decision. Good luck.

P.S The side effects I mentioned go away when you go off.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention a couple more.

Deca dick- on Deca, I aint interested in sex. It's weird.

Depression- when I'm off and can't lift as much or don't look as good, I get depressed. Not so much as I wanna kill myself or anything, but just more upset. Like if you had tickets to the NBA finals and lost them.

Occasional bitching and griping from spouse that does not understand or support this pursuit . . .

Oh yeah, I've spent many a conversation trying to justify my 'habit' to people who do not know what I know.

I don't try to justify it to anyone... let them think whatever they want, I could care less.  I pretty much keep the gear to myself, but if there is someone who knows and they want to bitch me out, I just tell them to mind there own business.

I quite enjoy the unique pain from my gf plucking them one by one. It's kind of relaxing. Make sure she rubs the site immediately after plucking though.

Nair's 4-minute formula works great.  I have blond hair, so I only feel the need to use it about every 4 months.  My wife puts it on for me.

Side effects?

I got slight unilateral gyno in my 20s, when I didn't know what I was doing and used no ancillaries at all.  It actually went away over time. Also, I find that deca decreases my sex drive, even when combined with test.  No problem with performance, just "uninterested."  I have a better ratio this cycle (around 1:3) so we'll see... Other than that, none (total# of cycles around 5 or 6).

Imagine going from benching 160kgs back to 120kgs in a matter of days/weeks.

It's like someone has shaved your eyebrows off and you have to go out in public.

I'm still natural, 24 years old, and been training for nearly 4 years. I'm dying to do a cycle but I'd rather wait a few more years as I beleive I can still grow naturally.

I could imagine how shitty it must feel coming of a cycle. Which is what I really worry about sometimes when that time will come for me to juice.

Also, I think about what happens after that first cycle?

Would I become dependent on steroids forever and always be planning the next cycle?

I love bbing but I wonder if that would change once I juiced ???

I think you've got to get your hear around the fact that on the juice you are extra special, so to speak.

If you can accept that off the gear you are normal, then you will be ok. This is the attitude that I'm gonna take when I come off.

As long as off the juice you still train hard and can lift as much as, or more than, before you were on.

bravo

def. has to be the deca dik....fine ass right infront of me....no interest at all even though I would wake upwith a perpetual hard-on....oh and the nut shrikage from a non-AI cycle back in the day....so what's wrong with a bit of shrinkage? makes the rest of it look even bigger  ;)

Yep, I came home one day after work and the missus greeted me in nothing but a pair of little French knickers.

I was on Deca and had to force myself to fuck her. But cause I wasn't into it I lasted forever and she was happy.  :o

Bebe Borracho,

Once you crossover to the "Dark Side", everything changes.

You elevate your anabolic environment and you are in fact, enhanced.

Don't worry about coming off cycle, as long as you have researched and planned out your PCT the way you should, it won't be that big a deal.

Sure you'll lose some size and strength, but you will also have made permanent gains that you will keep as long as you keep training, "natural" or not.

After your first cycle you can make a choice as to whether you will want to keep cycling or stay clean.  You will only become dependent on AAS if another area in your life is lacking and the Anabolics become your only sense of happiness and fullfillment.

So basically, keep your life in order and you should be straight.

Besides.......one cycle is nothing, you still have a long way to go in order to understand all the basics of AAS and how your body responds to them.  It takes a few cycle to understand what works for you.

One last thing:  Decadick is real, nothing you want to deal with.  Make sure your Test:Deca ration is at least 3:2 and preferably 2:1.
