Boston Marathon twin bombings

Just heard this in the news, supposedly two trash cans or something from what a few sites said? Witnesses reported a loud bang and smoke. Bunch of people injured and it was near the finish line and before it. First read on bbc, then checked boston news, abc, nbc and guardian.

Breaking now.... No report on casualties yet.    April 15th/ boston/ Tax connection?  No specific threat had been tied to this marathon.

Political ramifications?  Janet napolatano is being briefed right now, as is FBI/Holder.

Hannity is relaying this right now. At least 12 confirmed dead, according to reports coming to his show.

So now with all the money we spend on DHS, drones, etc etc - WTF do we get in return?   nothing. 

FYI - im saying it first - Obama's watch while he is partying, golfing, chooming, drinking, concerts etc.

With the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan winding down the govt./MIC/Media will now pivot to "Domestic Terrorists" and how more "Steps" and "measures" will have to be taken to keep us all "safe."

Take a guess at what those steps and measures will entail.

If the Left false flagged an attack to stay in power..none of them would ever be safe. There was a report already of a suspect. Generally in Iraq, if AQI did a dynamic non-suicide attack they didn't stick around. In an event like this there are already plenty of camera's to cover it.

Besides, CNN reported AT LEAST two dead. So, that hardly equates to the report from the Post that Hannity cited as being inaccurate.

At Hot Air, one witness report seeing two severed legs on the ground.

Further claims that there are additional secondary devices, intended to catch responders or fleeing crowds, but they never detonated.

The New York Post is reporting that at least 12 are dead, but they seem way out front with that. So far the Boston PD says 2 dead, 22 injured.

The @nytimes is advertising its "free" coverage on mobile phones, hoping to use the tragedy to gin up marketshare; meanwhile, Nick Kristof springs into action, blaming the explosion on the GOP:

Over Bloomberg... They're now saying that two more bombs are being disabled.

Pipebombs: ABCNews claims it's confirmed the devices were pipebombs.

More: NYP update: 12 dead, 50 injured, 10 people had limbs sheared from their bodies.

I have to express a grim caveat on that: I don't know if they mean there are 10 severed limbs or 10 people had one or more limbs severed.

The Post also claims, on twitter, that a suspect is in custody-- but this last article doesn't mention that.

It also brought information that was previously held by the FBI and CIA under the same roof.  One of the reasons 9/11 happened is there was a massive failure of the FBI and CIA to work together.
