I cut out the beer, bread, pasta, and starch.

Changed my routine from heavy low rep to higher rep and low rest circuits.

Also - a huge difference was that i added in burpees and the exercises i learned in Rushfit

Yes I was. Never did a damn thing. Had some great guidance from other competitors. Never did anything. Sometimes a camera pic just gets it right. I got plenty of oher pics from same shows that dont look so hot
