i cant take them serious, 19 inch arms on a girls frame, a lot at expos, i mean, a lot

i saw phillip le heath, and yes his arms are massive, but he is narrow and thus i am not impressed, even jay cutler is not even that wide.

are you impressed with narrow bodybuilders?

Jay may be many things but he is not narrow. Only thing that bugs me with Heath is his pecs and clavicle width. But with his current mass it is less noticeable. he looks much better than guys like Branch Warren who may be wider but have that dwarf look going on.

Def never heard Jay called narrow. It's just his waist is SO big it takes away from his width and kills his taper

That "narrow" crap was criticism of Heath from his early years, a problem that he's long since fixed. And, he's got two Sandows to prove it.

I forgot take the watch off, I did that once myself. I got the pics from the promoter and saw I had a watch on and started laughing at myself.

i agree, having wide clavicles to begin with gives a bodybuilder an edge
