I like front squats way more than conventional squats. I just really can't do regular squats, and I've been trying for years.
5 reps for strength 8 reps for mass 12 reps for cuts good luck.
I have stopped squatting, great exercise but it takes away from my running too much (no homo). If I squat hard then that's at least two days a week that I can't run hard. I am currently only doing walking lunges, SLDL, and calf raises for legs.
how do your legs feel when you run after squatting?i usually squat and run on the same day (mondays), then i run again on tuesday. my legs feel pretty lethargic and heavy these days, it sucks. back in the day tho when i would get really sore from squats, i could still run. after a while the soreness kind of went away. these days i just feel like im plodding the whole time.

actua;y this guy probably has great legs compared to natty's but i think u get my point
