Simple stuff bro to be honest - I started out very clean just eating 1900 kcals a day (cut out all sugar/wheat etc)
After 8 weeks I started adding in foods I enjoyed, but keeping the kcals at 1900 - never go over.
Re supps - I am only using ECA since 3 weeks ago (5 days on, 2 days off) Plus I only pop 36mg of eph at lunchtime, which sees me through until around 6-7pm.
I'm now at 12 weeks, and have lost 29 pounds of disgusting fat! (probably a couple of pounds of muscle lol)
