Please find where it was said some can't peak twice a year  I said it's much harder each time history shows this , conditioning doesn't get better the more you compete that's a fact.

So yes, it does get better.

You have to walk on egg shells with ukjeff and no I am not beefing you ukjeff, we are cool now remember, but it's true you (ukjeff) don't understand not accept ''concepts'' only yes and no, nothing in between, when in the real world there is no yes and no.

Now I don't agree with ND at all but I understand what he is saying and I won't play dumb just cause I don't agree. So let my dumb it down for you  guys, ND is saying that 10 guys that peek twice a year, 8 of them will look worse the second time over the first time that year and he is right.

However that is burnt out, laziness, lack of mentality, whatever it may be but that means nothing in Ramy's case, he has momentum, he has hype, success and taste of victory no, to many positive forces at work here for him to fuck this up. He is not fucking around.

What I don't agree with ND about is that he only beat Victor, that means nothing to me, it's his stats and what we see that matters and that is the widest, the biggest, yet small waist, very symmetrical, 290 at 5'10 total x-frame with flaring thighs, this combo is nearly impossible to beat.

The way I see it is not who can Ramy beat, it's who can beat Ramy and I see no one but Heath cause he has the deepest lines and razor shreddedness in his favor and that might do it but no one else has the goods to match Ramy.

Comparison with the Dennis Wolf hype a few years ago is very good! Also no calves and a lousy back (and conditioning). Just a more compact and inflated version of Wolf without the aesthetics and density Dennis had in his prime (and with a big ugly head).
