Dillett trained with moderate poundages at best....he didn't need or want to blast heavy weights. He pinned himself, had an amazing genetic response to the pinning and lifted just enough weight to get by....classic shortcut to "success" in every sense of the word. I'm guessing he probably didn't enjoy training, but simply loved the attention of being huge. Had a chemical been developed that he responded beautifully too that would allow him to skip the gym altogether I bet he would've opted for it. Some guys love to life, Paul Dillett doesn't strike me as one of those guys.
