I dont follow any diet, but when I look at what I eat, it mostly seems like Mediterranean diet. (Italy).
Fish, salads, chicken, olive oil, wine, little bit of heme iron meat (very little), some beer, eggs...
salads first, with olives, feta, olive oil dressing, tuna fish...
The some chicken (once a week red meat) on weekends, 2 cheat days. Beer, Wine, Pizza Wings...
Start over on MON... Not a bodybuilder (its too gay) and I like to eat.
