You guys don't understand how difficult it is for women to change their physique....especially older ladies. Without the use of supplements of course.
Losing fat and/or gaining muscle is extremely hard for women.
adding muscle, i agree ,even for the younger ones is very hard.
but losing fat i dont think so, i have seen a 56 year old woman with abs like mine.
fatloss is all willpower, for everyone.and ofc having an idea of what theyre doing, how which food affects them etc.
understanding how the body works,and listening to it.
sure sure, women have less muscle and burn less energy overall,so what, if they dont get to fat in the first place,its easy enough.
many women have wild fantasies about how much food they really "need", wild stuff.delusional.
