Very good quads.
Personally, I don't like the look of those huge quads when you have to waddle when you walk. I prefer the more functional and athletic looking quads. Gal's quads are very well developed and the average person on the street would consider them huge.

to be honest, not entirely happy with them, quads,yes perfect, hmastrings too flat(get huge when not shredded, but you know the deal), glutes could be bigger.
leads to that look from the side where at times arms look bigger than legs.
but from front, perfect

ppl say too big legs are no good, i knda agree, esp bloofy big legs, but a shredded huge leg looks amazing.
What kind of lifts do you do to attain this status?
i swear i never go heavier than 2 plates each side for squats.
sounds easy, but isnt, i do very slow and never lock out the joints, back keeps straight like candle, and glutes to the heels, very close feet position.
this doesnt sound like much weight but most ppl coudnt bring that weight up from the bottom position without shaking knees,spines, if at all.
not to brag but train with a ifbb pro card holder, esp legs(frend thing,no homo),hes very strong but nowdays train more like me, high volume etc.
i can hang with him, except on the 2 heaviest sets, on these he blows me away.means, i cant even lift that weight once,haha.
on the legpress,the 45% angle one, the heaviest set i go is about 350kg(thats bit more than 700lbs) for about 8 proper reps,slw no lock out, feet close to eachother.thats my heaviest set i only do one(pyraid up to this weight,then down again, always 1 plate each side added or decrease)
he does the same exact training ,except he does 2 more sets with 450kgs(900 and chip change lbs).
something 20 sets of this.(if dont do squats ont hat day)
the rest is all light curls, as theres no energy left after the legpress.
and he squeezes out 2 more reps on every set than i do.consistently.
if i dont do legpress, i just do 1015 sets squats,the rest curls.
