You might want to try a different trigger, that one don't seem to be working. Talk about his disproportionately large head, maybe his pre menopausal age ;D

I often post on Getbig while I'm doing Cardio. Especially on the stairmaster. I fail to see how that makes my smart phone "own me".
canīt be very hard cardio  :-\

stair master.  Like I said. You arebt capable of tapping a phone screen sitting on a stairmaster while walking up some imaginary stairs? Its not like all cardio is wind sprints.

So you're at the gym right now and posting this to Getbig?

 ::)

I hope you realize that your cell/smart phone owns you.

Try getting serious and leave your phone in the car or at home.

well when i do cardio i work hard and concentrate. never waste my time with very low intensity stuff. must be very slow and very low intensity . not having a go at you but if you can look in Internet and write stuff you are wasting your time.

not really, heart rate in the low 150s, set at about 9-10 level for 60 min. I set my phone on the controls and flip through getbig while im listening to my music.

well iīm nearly 48 and to get my heart rate 150+ i do Interval Training. My heart rate was at 165 to 170 tonight but working very hard on interval cross Trainer. Doing say the Bike i do a program which is mixed and is less taxing and i would consider this lower intensity. there are moments in this program i could do what you do but not at higher intensity. Depends on what you think is cardio. nothing wrong with Walking or what you do. i just donīt fuck around when i do cardio. hit it hard. stair master can be hard too so not taking the piss.

Yes lots of tough, serious customer here on Getbig

There's no laughing or smiling allowed...or Primary Captain and Wolfox will type mean things about you and hit "post".  I would be too scared to do that.

Both of them seem rather desperate for your attention in particular  :D

Back problems are frequently caused by a weak lower back. Then you easily tweak it doing
some gay poundage on squats or rows or whatever. Deadlifts may cure your weak lower back. Good mornings is another good lower back strengthener.

^^^this

Who ever believe deadlifts will screw up a low back either 1. Doesn't know how to train 2. Knows nothing about training.

I have bad lower back. Better start doing dead lifts to strengthen it. Probably best to start out light and gain strength gradually.

I probably would on the elliptical as well. Stairmaster is fairly easy though, as even on a decently high level it's the incline that does the heartrate not the speed.
I browse sometimes on the elliptical but not post so much.
