I feel like I have to defend my manhood here. I came into the lift with my back feeling a little tweaked, probably slept wrong, something that happens to me. I rolled out well and was cruising on my lifts, but my back didn't loosen up. As a matter of fact, it started to get a little tighter. I started to overthink it (as I have dorked out my back before) and then I heard Gal's voice...
So I left a set on the table.
Do I DL? Yes. Will I continue to DL? Yes. Will I always try to train smart so that I can continue to train well into my senior years? Yes.
