I still think Getbig was the originator, even though it shows up on Steroid.com in late 2004 (scroll to #27) -

They mention it, but they also link to a censored thread with six letters in the name. I agree with Wiggs, it was probably in a deleted thread back then, I do remember it showed up a few times before the classic thread by Marble.
