You are the clear master of this pose, no homo. If I actually went to clubs, I would emulate.

naturals will leave no stone unturned in the quest to actually look like they even lift

Also this pose really requires dominating triceps, which you have. My fucking tris are in hiding.

I've really jacked the volume and weights on tris to coax them out. Nothing to report yet  :-\

no I'm not. lol

a lot of people here like to critique others w/o having anything better to back it up. that annoys me. then when you do insult someone, feelings subsequently get hurt.

I don't want to look like ronnie Coleman dude. I think your the only person in the history of the fucking world that for some misguided reason thinks that looking like ronnie Coleman is the holy grail of pursuits cause it'll get women. it doesn't get women. it only attracts other guys. dorks who want to know how much you bench and how can they get that big.

I'm just trying to help you. your misguided. you post up a pic w a one girl standing beside a famous ronnie Coleman saying 'this is what gets honies'

I post a pic of my unfamous self wearing a T shirt  surrounded by girls and actually-wait a minute- talking to them! and it's looks like we're all having fun! holy fuck. meanwhile every retarded body body who thinks big nusckezzzzz is the be all end all to getting girls is standing in the corner w their buddy looking like an awkward dork wondering why no girls are around them.

do the math kid. I'm trying to save you future embarrassing moments like that cause you are seriously deluded.

if you can't get girls now looking like you do, getting bigger will just make you look and feel like a bigger loser when your standing there wondering why no bonies to talking to poor halo w his tricep flexed holding his beer. fuck no wonder you can't get women. you don't have a clue.

no need to thank me for this very good advise.

if i ever get to see RDC in real life again i will ask him what he really ate most of the year

some of his videos are conflicting

in some interviews he said "in the off season i just eat whatever i want"

 ???

"Hello Ronald Dean Coleman, allow me to introduce myself. I am anabolic halo, VP of the RDC fan club EMEA. I would like to ask some off the record dietary questions ........................ ."

wonder how he'd react ???

Go4it is the master

Go4It tenses in every pic that's taken. He probably has never "stood relaxed" in a club.

Guys like no one would look the best. Tall, lean and big while still maintaining an athletic look.

The "holding a beer" pose is difficult to master. You need to apply enough tension that there is clear muscular contraction and separation, but not so much that you EVER shake from effort, for then the illusion is lost.

Clothing choice is crucial too. No douchebag tight shirts. Casually tight, like "what can I do, the arm holes are too small" shirts.

You also need to make sure that your dominant arm always faces the honeys, which can be awkward if it has you facing a wall. Room location is likewise critical.
