Can you explain your routine before compared to now? What bodyparts, exercises etc... I am going to start doing 2 a days, which would mean hitting a bodypart twice in a week. Not sure if I want to do compound moves one workout then isolation on another

I've changed a lot with age. To me, that stuff is ONLY entertaining and funny.I'm 100% down with cardio and wt loss now. BUT, I have no burning desire to beat anyone in a contest ...go figure
