It was a party thrown by a resident of a gated community.  A bunch of kids found out about the party via tweets from the dj and decided to "crash" it by rushing the gate and jumping the fence.  The security guard at the front gate called the cops after he realized it was beyond his control.  The video only depicts what happened AFTER it was already out of control.

Interesting how I knew the media would hone in on this case, rather than the guy who got shot who was white/Mexican.  Media race baiting.  This shit has really gotten old.  Aside from sketchy cops, the pure focus on white cop/black victim.  It creates irritation and further racism on both sides.
