You've had your mouth going around d the parameters of things for some time. Why don you post a pic hard rock.
THE BEEF
First of all, I never made any claims about being a bodybuilder as defined here. Most of my adult life has been spent competing in Jiu-Jitsu and Submission wrestling tournaments in addition to MMA in it's early years (1990s) when we had to go to Indian Reservations to compete because it was illegal in Cali where I was living.
At just under 6'2" I competed in the 185 lbs class so I was more concerned with staying slim and in condition than being a mass monster. Muscle mass, beyond a certain level, is more of a burden than an asset in physical endeavors that require stamina and endurance.
Furthermore, being well into my fifties, I reluctantly concede that I am far past my physical prime. Still, looking at your photos -- photos that you are now bragging about as being impressive -- I feel I can more than hold my own against you. And it is a "fair fight" as it were as we are both roughly in the same age group, middle aged men desperately trying to fight off the ravages of old age.
Some more successful than others.
