I saw a movie as a kid and all I remember is group of people breaking into an old insane asylum and inside was this creepy fucker with black eyes and in the title was " Hell " . If this rings a bell please give me the full title because I'd love to re watch and see if it were actually scary or really retarded now that I'm an adult

Happy Hell Night ? -

When you're a kid, it's easy to be scared to death.  When I was 9, I remember being absolutely petrified when I saw Jaws in 1975.  The music bothered me more than anything else.

The El Rey Channel plays some of the movies we've mentioned here. They played Fulci's New York Ripper a few weeks ago. That takes balls.

I am watching Nightmare on Elm Street now, which inspired this thread.

The two that freaked me out the most were Pennywise and Candyman. Basile is a close 3rd.

when I was a kid those three bad asses frightenned me through the screen.

And this old c'nt

I'm frustrated that no horror movie in many years has given me the chills anymore, everything is a cliche and predictable.

The Wet Bandits

Vigo from Ghostbusters 2

Forgot about Vigo.

Had a really badass / creepy line at the end. Somethin like :

" Death is but a doorway, time is but a window. I'll be back. "

I think that was it.

Anybody ever watch the Pact? It's probably still on Netflix. The chicks are pretty decent looking in it. The first half of the movie kinda sucks, but it makes sense for the second half. The bad guy in it is scary as fuck.

Not so much Maniac Cop but there was something creepy about the actor Robert Z'Dar in general:

Not the scariest but you've gotta love it when actors who are normally loveable characters play the bad guy
