Cute how he splashes a little seawater on top and pulls a salty, synthetic strand across the forehead pretending so hard that it's real hair. Strydom must've taught him that secret he probably picked up on the beaches of Thailand. Might as well just plop a handful of seaweed or a jellyfish on top of his dome and call it a day. Still a great physique for a fake natty especially at that age.

Some things should be off limits, guys. Mike is clearly doing a good public service for these kids. It looks like he brought them gifts, his dogs, and his compassion.

Please make fun of him for everything else, but not for visiting kids in the hospital.

Most charity is publicized, that's just the way it is.

O'Hearn is a peace of shit.  What he does, he does for himself.   If he really means what he does, it should be like what he does alone, i.e., kept in private.  As has been said before, strip the tinsel off Hollywood and underneath you'll find the real tinsel.

For starters, Mike wears his tinsel on his head and this façade continues to what is left of his soul.  Pffft.

Dude, most people and companies publicize what they do for charity. Is a small part of that for selfish (or p.r.) reasons? Sure, but that does not hinder the fact that charity makes a difference.

Mike is doing a good thing for the kids.

Tremendous irony here, being blasted for the good he does in public and told he should keep it private, but the stuff he does do in private no blasting for?

Nubainian, puhleeeze.   O'Hearn is like the largest piece of candy in the center of the See's box your Aunty Grizelda sent you.  The outside is heavily coated in rich, milk chocolatey goodness, but the center?

Coconut.

In plain speak, he's fill of himself, i.e., shit.

You don't know how much/what he does in private. And while being a famous person - he can choose to show a good example to follow. Maybe some of his fans will do something good IN PRIVATE, but inspired by him.
Be more positive, it's healthy and if there's someone to hate Mike is far from that. Natural liar - yes, but everything else - good dude all around.

I am realistic.  It's as healthy as being positive and I am positive about the living façade that is O'Hearn.  I don't begrudge you for thinking better of him than do I.  His life is a frontage road running alongside Hollywood Blvd.

O'Hearn is veneer.

My sentiments exactly.  All we can know of Ohearn is what we see.  And all I see it a guy who lies about using steroids, sells supplements he knows are shit to the naive and takes pictures with sick children while flexing to satisfy his own narcissistic urges.  If all I see is a pile of steamy poo, then that's what I will call it.  Is there a chance Ohearn is actually a genuine person, sure.  However all the evidence presented says otherwise.

One should be very wary in thinking that they can know another person's motives for why they do things. Hell, sometimes we don't know why we ourselves do the things we do.

So though one can never be sure about another's motivations what we can be sure of is their actions. What they actually do.

I would much rather have someone do good for selfish reasons than do bad or harm for noble reasons. Remember the truism that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I have found that in general most people tend to attribute selfish reasons for why others do good and tend to attribute more noble reasons why they themselves do good.

If someone wants to donate a million dollars to a charity for the only reason that he wants a tax write off and to improve his public image I don't have a problem with that. If someone wants to donate his time to help and support children with disabilities so he can be thought of as a good guy and flex his triceps for the camera then more power to him.

Excellent point.

His intentions are irrelevant.

OHearn  wanted to flex his triceps in front of a handicap child.

This is the man who said on numerous YouTube clips he works out fully clothed (covered) because he's not showing anything if he's not getting paid for it.

Yet on his instagram page he posts "motivational" photos all the time.

Mike OHearn is a walking contradiction, but the man is smart enough to make a living in an industry where you can meet former Mr Olympia's handing out sample shots of protein drinks at expos.

Good for him.  I wish him all the success in the world. But we don't have to like him.

Ah...a variation on the theme of situational awareness.  I see... So if it waddles like a duck and quacks like a duck it's a duck? But if it waddles like a duck, quacks like a duck and wears a ducktail toupee we can point this out and make fun of it?

Now then if we take this another waddle (step) and it waddles like a duck, quacks like a duck, wears a ducktail toupee but does so while flapping it's wings next to a disabled duckling we're not to make fun of it because this is really a swan wearing a ducktail toupee and its doing good because not only is it a swan,  it's not at all interested in being spotted by a goose (agent) with a (film contract) golden egg.

Hmmm... WWRS (What Would Reeves Say)?

This post is judgemental.

After reading it I'm of the impression that you consider Syrian refugees to be some sort of Trojan horse for ISIS.....
