im not a hater but someone was arguing with me that lee haney had 21 inchers contest shape. andonis arms arent anywhere near that and if u have to argue the fact whats the point. and come on losing two inches dieting down maye true if the person has 40 pounds to lose but not if they stay reasonably lean 15-20 pounds from comp wieght.
