There is more to cholesterol problems than dietary cholesterol (things like insulin resistance from refined carbs etc). Eggs also contain choline and other substances that help lower cholesterol. You need to educate yourself DIVNUGGA
This is correct. The plasma cholesterol level in the vast majority of humans peaks (and then plateaus) at a dietary intake around 300 mgs (one egg). Further dietary intake does not raise plasma levels any further. If anyone is concerned that they are in the minority of the "hyper-responders" just have your LDL checked.
Egg whites alone have a very unbalanced amino acid profile and thus a less than optimal tissue utilization potential (sub par "corrected amino acid score")
Because of their colloidal nature egg whites have the least efficient absorption profile of any quality protein source.
