Sustanon for newbie
« on: August 12, 2016, 08:09:15 PM »
I was reading up on all the newbie cycle info (very informative) and I think sustanon might be the right gear for me. I'm 35, 5'8", 215 and I'm in fairly descent shape but I'm ready to get a little bigger without gaining a ton of water weight. What do you think, right choice? Also looking for a good place to get gear....

Honestly there's not much of a difference between taking sustanon and test cyp/enanthate. Just choose whichever you think is the most legitimate/has best reviews from your source.

Really? From what I gathered it seemed like Sustanon had lower side effects than most. Of course that would depend on each persons usage.

What do I have to do to get someone to communicate? Is there a process I need to do to prove I'm real? Or is this site basically dead.

Board is dead today.   Sus is testosterone, just 4 different esters in it.  But test is test.   Not much difference... U may get a little kick at the start cause the prop.   But then, it should be injected twice a week or may have unstable levels.   Not much difference in the two IMO

If ur over 26, it's easy as hell to get real test from a HRt clinic for cheap.   Then u know what u got is legit.

You can just go to a HRT clinic and request test for cheap? If it's that easy why doesn't everyone do it? I'll have to see if one is around my area. Do you have any recommendations to other products that might be better?

Test Cyp is good too.  300mg a week for 12 weeks would yield some decent gains if your diet and training are in order.  If you go higher i.e. 500mg+ make sure you have a good AI on hand.  Good luck.

It's basically that easy.  Do research etc.   All you really need is blood work plus symptoms of low T.   Some clinics work with anyone 26 and above...

At 35 yo 5'8 215 lbs and starting test sounds like a nightmare of side effects. Simply because i think u are not in good shape as a natty and being 215 at 5ft 8!  u say 'in good shape' if you are by body building standards fat as fuck which =15% or higher you WILL HAVE greater chances or most likely have one or more, possibly all of the following problems.... zits acne, burning nipples that grow into tits, prostate problems, cholesterol problems from shit diet, and bloating like a fat bitch on her period at KFC

Here, I'll give you a little history so you don't have to assume. I've always been really active and always in the gym for the last 10-15 years. About 2 years ago I had to have knee surgery and basically stopped doing everything. I gained a lot of weight but now I'm getting back into shape. I say pretty good shape considering my current condition and my body build. I stay around 1800 calorie intake. Does that change your thinking?

No what % body fat are you? Done by calipers or.... can u see your abs are your quads seperated, shoulders have veins seperation showing when pumped up can your lats easily be seen from a front view of a double bicep stance. These give ideas of muscularity and body fat % most guys on juice are not close to 12% fat at 5'8 215lbs not an easy feat to achieve.

Im of the opinion that you need to look good and be in great physically shape before using any outside hormones. Because if u r in great shape then that shows u have an understanding of training and diet manipulation. Other wise u gonna have a bad time

Damn, I really enjoy your comments. It really has me thinking. I don't know what my current body fat percentage is but abs are not fully visible, shoulders are good, lays are so so and quads have fairly good seperation but they're big. I climb 300ft ladders a lot for work. Lol. Maybe I will just continue on the path I'm on and once I hit the ideal body fat I'll revisit the gear. Now I have a ton of shit to think about.

yeah I think this is true they found that leaner men who use test have less sides. But I don't really see anything wrong with a fat guy using like 200mg test e a week or less + good diet. Will maintain lean mass or even gain a bit of mass while losing fat. For an older 30+ guy a bit of test (not talking about blast dosages here) can do wonders

Sorry buddy but yeah it's denial ( not meaning to sound rude.but being straight up). You don't look bad though and at our age guys look like shit in general so you are doing good ;)

I'm 37. I have been on 250/wk test e for 8 months. I am 5'10.

I hadn't lifted for many years. I dieted to 75kg at calliper 12% which in real life compared to average middle.age Joe looks awesome lol.

I then got on and am sitting at 86kg now 9 months later but bloated as it's been winter. If I did 500/wk I'd be another 10kg heavier. The difference is massive.

I am dieting and I dropped to 125/wk. I expect to be roughly 80kg around 10%. If I was using 500/wk I'd say 85kg around 10%.

For a 37yr old I look fit right now.

They key is don't get bogged down with an.idea of weight, especially at our age. Make sure you look good and that doesn't take much. Everybody notices a fit shape, it stands out like crazy. If you have to tell people you are fit then it means you don't look it.

You are fat and with quite little muscle mass.
If you decide to jump on, DO NOT try to go after size.
Starve the fat off with the gear then build back on sloooowly while off or cruising. That will transform your physique hugely.

Hahaha, it is Planet Fitness but in my defense I was on a business trip when that picture was taken and that was the gym that was next to my hotel.
