If you recall my neighbor thread about a month back (i tried to bump but couldnt find), alot of GBer allstars told me ways of dealing with a dick head. well, it got to the point where i had to block her number (yes, she got it from my builder), call a couple lawyers for advice, and now im just still dealing with the akwardness of a devil bitch and living next to her.

so my question is; Can you really say "hey xxxxxx, fuck off now, im busy and dont care"? i know in fairy tale world and movies this is said with no reprocussions. in the real world, when your house is 20ft from your neighbors, can you really say something like that, or is that considered "threatening", or something? legally, Can i tell someone to Fuck off? (in those exact words)?

Depends on there you live I suppose. In California, there is nothing criminal about that. Civilly, there if she can prove that your words "inflicted emotional distress," then she could file suit. But I think that would be very hard to prove.

Surprised your lawyers didn't write a letter and charge you.  May not be law on point but they can persuade her that her actions are ripening into illegality and that for her sake should cease or legal action will be filed.....this pushing her into a corner and when she does something after the letter it looks like retaliation.

It doesn't matter want you say, it matters what she hears.  So you better record it so there is an actual record.  You could tell her to fuck off and she could tell the cops that you said you are going to fuck her up.  And some people are so weak and emotional,y fragile and nutso that she might actually think she's telling the truth.

Being charged is not being convicted. In America anyone can charge anyone with just about anything.

Getting a conviction is a whole other story.

Quit being such a pussy man I know you have anxiety I have it too but there comes a point when you have to stick up for yourself. Next time she says something tell her to buzz of and to quit bothering you and walk away. Do that enough she will get the point. These people are terrorizing you time to put them in their place.  

If you get red in the face or your voice cracks or you get super nervous who fucking cares no one cares but you. Stick up for yourself. I have horrible anxiety but it has gotten better I won't ever let people push me around. Having anxiety doesn't make you weak. I can't tell you how many times I had to punch someone in the mouth.
