Who needs a new planet? Planetary living is for primitives. Humans require a future the turns us into a space faring race, traveling the Universe in gigantic artificial structures.
Planets are unreliable dwelling places, beset by all kinds of problems, such as volcanoes, tidal waves, earthquakes, diseases. Imagine a tectonic plate flipping over! That would ruin your next 50 thousands years. How about a near miss by a large space object, that flips the planet upside down, or increases the rotation speed of the planet, creating a super hurricane around the Equator and sucking the atmosphere away from the polar regions. To say nothing of extinction events from ordinary sized meteors, asteroids, and comets striking the planet.
Trying to find another planet to live on, is short sighted thinking.
