bodybuilders are stupid people, don't know shit about training. Once a week balls to walls, screaming and making stupid sound. Sore 4 days...

Smart people train a lot, but medium intensity and more frequent. All real athletes do like this. The reason u get sore and can't walk the day after is biz your not in shape (muscularvice). Torture your legs 3-4 times/week and after 3 moths u can kill them how much u want and never be sore...and they Will look better than ever.

Bodybuilders are the most stupid people out there. Just biz they don't know shit and they go for the bioscience shit. In all other sports people know how to train to achieve their goals. Lets say it again. Bodybuilders are stupid fuckers.

I can guarantee that you legs will not grow a single cm never mind an inch in increasing frequency and or volume, so who's the stupid one.. The fella who spends hrs every day on the gym for the same results as someone who trains everything once a week?

I keep repeating my self like a broken record, trained properly for 5 years only thing your gaining after that is maturity, and then your simply treading water

Training things 3 or 4 times a week is just mental illness/ocd

Only beginners cant walk for days anyway, you adapt to what your doing, you only get that soreness if you totally change what your doing, then you get used to it after a week or so...

If you sat on your ass  and did nothing for 48-72 hrs they'll get sore again. It's largely a function of time and degree of inactivity.

You are an idiot, if you dont train legs hard they will never get big unless you are a person who was born with very big legs in that case its best to focus on upper body, our legs was designed to walk around for hours and support our bodies because of this they can handle balls to the wall training but it takes a lot out of you and lazy fuckers like you cant handle the training so you make up excuses and act like a bitch.

so if we take that as truth then are you saying you dont have to train upper body hard for it to grow as you dont walk around all day on your upper body?

Very good question now listen to your teacher, your arms need a lot of work to get big because anything that you take up you have to use your arms so they are used to getting a big workload, your big problem is you love machines so your body cant work in synergy to get big, when you do squats and deadlifts on leg day you are also working your back, when you do incline bench press you are also working your front delts, so all that extra stimulus plus what you do on chest, back and shoulder day combined together will give you a big upper body.

Instead of going to the gym and train hard to put on some size you just keep making excuses, a person can grow at any age.
