It would be better to divorce your wife and change careers, I think.

Find something worth working for, let the lifting and such fall into the background, and you'll feel more comfortable on the beach than the gym could ever make you.

why would it matter if those 800-1000 came from chicken or came from potato? its all 800-1000 cals so wouldnt weight loss be the same?

::)

if youre running DNP, you dont need clen, ephedrine, t3/t4, or even gh for that matter

But probably safer to run all of the above together versus just taking DNP

it doesnt matter as i dont have access to any of this other than ephedrine, so my post is totally diet related other than my super trt use

It is said that you need more protein during a diet to slow down muscle loss.

So you would lose the same weight, but with the potato diet a higher amount of muscle would be lost compared with the chicken diet.

it should be the same coz Iit's all based upon calories, but.... you'd most likely lose more muscle and less fat with the potatoes coz you actually need more protein in a calorie deficit

I did this diet of 800 calories for 2 weeks of nearly all protein and I lost 8 pounds of fat and only 1 pound of muscle, but it was PURE FUCKING HELL, and I was hallucinating by 3 days into it lol

I think maybe my worst nightmare would be getting gyno surgery, pinning gear year-round, and then still not wanting to take my shirt off in public.

wrong, I'ma very well read guy

according to those scientific studies you need 1-1.4 grams per pound of muscle while on a calorie deficit diet

so therefore,  if you want to lose.weight as fast as humanly possible while losing minimal muscle your ccalorie intake should be almost all protien

definition of beach ready varies quite a lot.
