if youre running DNP, you dont need clen, ephedrine, t3/t4, or even gh for that matterBut probably safer to run all of the above together versus just taking DNP
why would it matter if those 800-1000 came from chicken or came from potato? its all 800-1000 cals so wouldnt weight loss be the same?

it should be the same coz Iit's all based upon calories, but.... you'd most likely lose more muscle and less fat with the potatoes coz you actually need more protein in a calorie deficitI did this diet of 800 calories for 2 weeks of nearly all protein and I lost 8 pounds of fat and only 1 pound of muscle, but it was PURE FUCKING HELL, and I was hallucinating by 3 days into it lol
