Thanks bro, but i aint pleased that I am losing some of my lines and that i got a bit of love handle shit going on, so I'm cutting the cals a bit to tighten up and hopefully even gain more lean pounds along the way

I've got such narrow waist/hips that if i get above 8% bf i look like shit, gotta stay round 6%
