i would do in person with charles, i think it would be awesome. train at golds/hear some cool stories. with my current job (sales - west coast) i can live in az, NV, ca or Hi) id like to live a full summer in marina del rey, train at golds.  just do it for a summer and complete that summer.

this is how i was with competitive golf, when i am involved in something i am all, my gf was a golfer, i worked at a course, lived near course etc - id do the same with bbing for these few years as i compete. plus it is hot as hell in az in the summer. reason to live cali for a summer too

i like a coach, it is how I excel the most. whether it was my swing coach in golf or a weight trainer.

not so much the case for me. i train at 545am and it would be hard to find a rock solid training partner who i can count on, so i outsource it to a personal trainer.

Lying is the word, and this is the reason you're an idiot, not because you spew some nonsense as an "answer" to a question you weren't asked. When Dexter was "climbing the ladder" he was eating Big Macs and twinkies, no coach needed when you have those genetics AND you're youthful.  Had he needed to be more careful with his diet when he was young, the ladder would not have been climbed.  What I say is factual. And I know him well, he will tell you the same. A few years ago I'd have posted his phone number here so you could ask him yourself (since clearly you and Dexter are not acquainted).  But he's not such a prick any more, I like him, so I won't do that to him.
