Much of the decade was before widespread internet..mainstream tv stopped covering already except a litlle American Muscle, Olympia and Arnold on ESPN(often at weird times)so not much to see in the 90's. But fun time.

When I first came to GetBig in 2006 it was really a fun time to be on here......everybody trading info about bodybuilders....the feuds.....having chick and Sean and even the Australian guy with the superman tattoo posting....it was fun....couldn't wait to get on here.....I think Bodybuilding was a lot more mysterious then as well....we were all starved for any and all bodybuilding information........I remember Titus  v.s Kamali.....miss the glory days....

That's why I was so excited about the WBF at the time. Vince McMahon was pushing his BodyStars every chance he could.

He had them on Regis and Kathie Lee before and after the 1991 championship; Regis was also the MC at that show, after guest commentating at WrestleMania 7.

I posted earlier the appearances on Family Feud in 1992. But, I forgot about the Prime Time Wrestling appearance before and after the 1991 show.

Mike Christian:

Gary Strydom before the WBF championship:

After the championship.

WBF BodyStars Promo, starring Vince McMahon, Lex Luger, and Cameo Kneuer (2-time Ms. Fitness USA and younger sister of 6-time Ms. Olympia, Cory Everson). This show was on every week for about 3-6 months. After the WBF died, McMahon repackaged the show, reducing the name to just "BodyStars". He featured fitness from other mainstream arenas with one bodybuilding segment at the end.

80's and 90's were the best

This Jeff competed in the 80's and never used GH or slin. He was smart and went back to school.
