Likely not but he doesn’t need to use free weights to win the Mr. O.

He might as well train light, use machines and save his joints.

The guy’s got freaky balloon muscles, for sure.

But what’s he excited about (as he states in the intro)? This workout (it isn’t training) is about as boring and sleep-inducing as any I’ve seen. It’s like watching someone brush his teeth.

What could anyone glean from this? If you’ve set foot in a gym a dozen times you know all these exercises/angles. This workout is like one I’d do if I was partaking in active-rest, either because of burnout or injury.

Heath just rams boatloads of drugs and hormones into his (receptive) body and ... the actual weight training becomes an afterthought.

“Okay, I’ve shot the gear and eaten a chicken breast. What am I missing? Oh, yeah! ... Wait ... Uh ... Yeah! Pumping out a few sets at the gym! Knew it!”

There are lots of vids of him using free weights. Don’t you remember the bench off, where he got 46 reps with 225?

Wasn't aware that the dumbells he uses in this video aren't free weights.

Think of a NFL locker room....  Even a scrub like Heath Evans built a decent body with Mike OHearns tutelage.

If the ifbb were future focused it would be signing up the upcoming NFL roster cuts to build stars for the future.

all leverage and cables. the only free movement is with dumbbells. either he has the best response to drugs in the history of bbing or the competition is trash.

It’s already assumed he’s going to trash his organs but he’s likely trying to avoid ending up like Ronnie.

I guess he’s better off with only bad organs, as opposed to bad organs plus multiple back and hip surgeries.

Last year he just about struggled to keep an alien from exploding out of his distended stomach as his navel expanded like a cork being eased out of a champagne bottle. It's not hard to improve on that. The Olympia's rigged. Ramy should've won 4 years ago.

His training videos are boring and uninspiring. If you want to see heavy weight being used and killer work outs youtube Mike O'Hearn. He kills the workouts.  Other great training video is of course Coleman, Yates and Shawn Ray. Getting back to O'Hearn I don't know how he can train heavy for decades. It's been over 30 years plus of lifting heavy.
