Agree but he needs to be way more careful with his usage.  I met his dad many years ago when he owned a gym and he's still  an awesome guy.

I have two split families myself - but you can say whatever you want about me, call me "racist" or "sexist"...but I will never abandon my children as long as I have penny in my pocket.  That penny would go to them.  I want to be on good terms with the mothers of my children for the rest of my life.  I also have a hard time getting close to one woman because I want several women, and I'm just too easy - I always exceed the tables in terms of paying spousal/child support.  There is no financial incentive for a woman to bring me to court.

I can handle being called "racist" because the threshold to be called racist is so low...but I would not want to be called a bad dad [mainly because I'm not a bad dad - my kids love me, and the generous support checks keep coming to my baby mothers.

This is the first shoulder. 188 is correct not sure about Dave. When I met him I thought he was about 5'8.

He claims he was 5'10" and is 5'9.5" today.

Palumbo says that 2019 will be the first year that he will finally be at the gym with no shoulder pain in 15 plus years ! ....no plan to get heavier than 195 lbs .

I can't find him saying 195lbs but he does say he's staying small/healthy.   We'll see if Titan Medical packages start showing up.
