Nothing to do with the drugs.

The palms facing in is what is contributing to his shoulder development.
So for massive delts

palms inwards partial laterals with partner assist > injecting anabolic hormones in the side delts ?

Yes.

You also forgot:

—1 g of protein per pound of body weight
—Taking advantage of the 30 minute window of opportunity after training session
—8 hours of sleep

This sounds like far too much hard work, Im canceling my Olympia training and flushing my steroids down the toilet

There's got to be something to these partial reps. They all do it. And have for years. Remember Lou in PI doing overhead presses and inclines? I remember Dennis Wolf explaining that when he did full reps on inclines that he felt it more in the tris than upper chest. Jason Huh built his physique on partial reps. I remember those two guys from Ironman Mag pushing their "X-reps" theory, which were just partial reps. Studies showed that muscles are most stimulated when in the stretched position. I certainly get sore when doing pulldowns stretching all the way than when I don't.

I still think it better for functional ability to do full reps but when you can't do anymore then end with some partials for the burn and increased TUT.

What about palms at a 47.574478 degree angle?
Works well but only if the pinky finger is held at a higher point than the thumb!

And the precise measurement must be spot-on for optimum effect !  LOL   ;D

Likely doesn’t matter how they train as long as the train, their genetics and drugs will determine how far they’ll get. Full reps, partial, doesn’t matter, they are stimulating

If branch warren switches up to full reps, perfect form, his physique wouldn’t make a difference

One could be huge and ripped. This is what all IFBB pros should strive for. I want my men (IFBB pros) to look like this.

Looking at this video is why so many feel bodybuilding is a joke. How can anyone think that is hard training. I could get my grandma to do those quarter reps. Yes, Sergio did partials. He also did 400lbs clean and jerks when he weighed under 200lbs. Is there a top ten Olympia contestant that could do 300lbs?  I will answer, no, not one. Most would have trouble with 250lbs. Sergio trained long and hard after working manual labor for 12 hours.

Intense quarter reps

Looks like a set after he already exhausted his delts. Nothing unusual about the vid.

I was there. Those were his heavy sets. He did not use Weider's pre-exhaust principle.

I know this is a message board and all and you’re somewhat anonymous, but why do you feel the need to lie? Integrity means nothing. Is it your personality? Is it the way you were raised?is it because “it’s just a message board” or because you’re a liberal?

No need to PM me.

It appears that Kai Greene actually trains with a mind-muscle connection, although it may just be for the videos.

I wish Kai would compete.  I wouldn’t mind seeing him is Mr. Olympia and I think he would be a good representative for the sport.

If not, I hope Curry takes it.

You're probably right. Even Mentzer said that Arnold would have still be Arnold even if he trained with rocks.

I'm sure there's got to one system that's better than another given the individual, but the difference it makes in real life? It's probably more like pissing in the ocean.

Thanks, that’s the side with the SLAP tear and even if I used 1/2 that weight it still wouldn’t be that much different because I’m not leaning out but I see what you’re saying
