Arm days have long since been frowned upon but I always do them it was the only thing that brought mine up, even now they shrink if I add arm training on the end of a bigger body part.

Hearing that a fellow handsome hunk like yourself incorporates arm days greatly reaffirms my faith in them !

Tomorrow's workout is shoulder and calves. Blood will be spilled. Enemy lines drawn.

I have always done arm alone. I don't get how people do arms with back and biceps.

For optimal growth, your best approach is to keep all the blood in one area, as that will promote maximum hypertrophy.

Eventually with your spartan warrior lifestyle you'll progress to a point where you can do dips on the stair climber.  Cardio-tricep superset.

Just did arms myself and it went like this

Seated alternate dB curls 25x40,35x30,45x25,55x18,70x10,80x6 supersettwd with Ngb 155x60,185x35,205x25,225x20,245x14,265x9.

Seated hammer curls 55x30,65x25,75x20,85x15,90x12,95x8. Supersettwd  with dumbbell skulls 30x35,35x30,40x25,45x20,50x15,55x10.

Pumped measurement 21.5” at 225.

Just finished workout 30 minutes ago and arms are already sore as fuck.It really was war.
