Do you always superset biceps and triceps.

I use the same bar branch does on squats, handless squats while doing alternate dumbbell curls

I wish,Just supersetted 10 sets of incline bench 5 barbell and 5 dumbbell with 10 sets of pull downs 5 wide grip and 5 underhand.Love supersets cause the cardio And pump is crazy and got it done in 50 minutes.
