My physique changed DRASTICALLY in a span of a few years, let alone 9 years.


Also great difference between physiques at 25, 35, 45 and 55.

Yes, Cruise's physique has changed radically in the last few years.  He would be a great candidate for GH or TRT.

i think its called "middle age spread"  ;D

My waist isnt as tight as it used to be, will be trying to bring it back in by next years shows, I dont really do much direct ab work year round, even pre-contest its hit and miss.
