yeah budday! I remember when I was struggling with 115 pound incline benches for 8-10 reps. I made up my mind that the weight is not the boss of me and loaded 135 for 4 sets of 5 reps getting angry at it without a spot. It worked got stronger faster and now have done 275 for 6 reps.
