Looking great at the lower body weight. What is your exercise routine regarding the split used, sets and body part frequency? Cardio?
Thank you... Split is fairly basic like this...
Sunday: Legs
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Off
Cardio everyday except Monday. 30 mins High Intensity Interval Training.
Abs everyday except Monday
Usually 3-4 exercises per bodypart, 6-7 sets per exercise, rep ranges from 30 to 6
Give away the clothes you used to wear and buy new clothes that fit. Part of the reaction to the changes in your face are simply because people were used to seeing the old you and have not yet become accustomed to how you look today. Frankly, I see nothing wrong with your face. Someone who just met you would likely tell you the same thing. Give yourself and everyone else time to adjust to this new and healthier person. No doubt you feel better not hauling around unnecessary weight.
Yep yep... Check out the pic below... Aside from the bag closest to the camera. The 5 bags lined up together are all clothes I donated a few weeks ago that were too big on me now. Pretty much cleared my entire closet and started almost from scratch! Lol
