Coronavirus - What I fear about it

2. Having to sit extremely bored in a quarantine for 14 days


If I get the severe complications,I'm fucked anyway so I don't mind. There won't be not enough of that ICU equipment for me anyway.

What I fear about the corona virus.

Shopped at our local supermarket two days ago and everything was normal - full shelves, normal lines.

Tonight they had a security guard up front for the first time, and they were just about out of all but non-premium meat and fish, no pasta, almost no beans, no sliced bread, no eggs, or rice, and milk was a ½-wait for restocking.

In a corner were freshly baked loaves of French bread –I guess slicing them at home was too much work for the average shopper – so I grabbed a couple.

20-minute wait in line, but that was because there were fewer cashiers on duty.  I asked a couple folks in line if they knew anyone with this bug, and they said no.

Don’t stress over it Rusty.Ive been dealing with it for about two weeks I assume, could be a bit longer.I smoked from 15-28 3-4 packs of Marlboros a day and have some spots on lungs from those days.I have high blood pressure and I’m doing ok.Just sit back and see what happens.wash your hands and stay clear of as much public activity as you can without becoming a recluse.

No real fears. Finding out private schools in Ontario are being shut down presents a a roadblock. We have a nanny starting full time tomorrow at 8am. Still need to work and go to the gym (gym closure probably my biggest fear).
