Seems like things are getting worse every day for the orange man.

Does the "formula" account for the context around the UE number, or does it ignore that?

Google in itself is notoriously anti-Trump.  Can't trust any stats they post or polls they run.

Hmmm where have I heard this before? The clueless just keep listening to the even more clueless media, models(oh brother)and polls. Talk about never learning from past failures.

Is this “critical thinking” you were talking about?

“The HuffPost presidential forecast model gives Democrat Hillary Clinton a 98.2 percent chance of winning the presidency. Republican Donald Trump has essentially no path to an Electoral College victory” - November 7, 2016

What is the love affair with trump? He was never a republican, he is like any other “politician” that he says he’s not, ponders to certain individuals to get votes, talks about being pro American, and all for the church and Christians. He was never those things.

"Hillary Clinton has 81% chance of defeating Trump, Nate Silver predicts
by Tom McCarthy , Wed 29 Jun 2016 22.46 BST
Famed analyst accurately predicted state outcomes that led to Obama win in 2012 election but failed to foresee Trump becoming the Republican nominee "

"Key model predicts big election win for Clinton
by Heather Long   @byHeatherLong
November 1, 2016: 9:32 AM ET

A model that has correctly predicted the winner of every U.S. presidential race since Ronald Reagan in 1980 is forecasting a big victory for Hillary Clinton.
Clinton is expected to get 332 electoral votes, while Trump is predicted to get just 206, according to the Moody's Analytics model, which is based on three economic and three political factors.

Overall, the U.S. is growing and that favors Clinton. Most Americans can feel their pocketbooks getting better. Moody's predicts key swing states -- Florida, Ohio, Colorado and Pennsylvania -- all going blue this year.
But here's what really tips the model heavily toward Clinton: Cheap gas and President Obama's high approval rating. "

I agree Bevo.

Mr. President Donald Trump was a lifelong Democrat. Then he found God renounced his sins and became a Republican.

With Gods backing Mr. Trump became Mr. President. What he was is bad, today his past does not hinder his future because he loves USA and Republican capitalist Jesus!!

"A national election model has predicted that Donald Trump will suffer a “historic defeat” in November’s election due to the coronavirus economic recession.
The model by Oxford Economics uses unemployment, disposable income and inflation to forecast election results to predict the elections outcome.
………...……..
The forecaster said that the downturn has emerged in light of the poor economic backdrop the country now faces, and the model assumes that this would still be the case by the time of the election.
“The economy would still be in a worse state than at the depth of the Great Depression,” Oxford Economics said"

Seriously ,though, the US electorate can hardly take Trump to task  for the Coronavirus economic downturn and ,in his place, vote in Biden.

That is -unless of course- Biden made public statements opposing the lockdown.

Still, it's possible that the US public might feel that big tax and spending policies (traditionally associated with the Democrats) are what's needed to soften the economic blow suffered by ordinary Americans in the crisis, kickstart the economy and get out of this recession.

Dems might as well skip voting in November as Trump has no chance.

No need for Dems to waste time in the voting booth.

Donald Trump will be a two term President and will go down in history as one of the greatest Presidents in history.

President Donald Trump’s unmatched success has saved America from the absolutely complete and total failure that was the Obama presidency.

Funny, every poll said Trump would lose in an electoral landslide against Hillary right up to the day of the election. The only way Trump can be defeated is by fraud using mail in ballots.

I'm not as pro Trump as I am anti-democrat.

I feel they've lost their way completely, and gone batshit insane.

With Trump I like some things, dislike others....typical for any President really.  But I don't lose my mind over the bad.

I don't know why you guys are talking about trump losing

i mean, he never won the last election.....I mean, didn't you look at the poll numbers before the 2016 election?

you're talking about President clinton correct.....the same president clinton who one the election as per every poll before the election- right?

I mean she beat him in a landslide

EDIT: again- she won by a landslide per the same polls that are saying Obama's Vice President Biden will beat 2016 loser Trump in this fantasy election you guys are talking about....it's the same damn pollsters

Too early to tell at the moment.

First, lets see who will be the running mate for Biden.

Second, can Biden match himself in a debate against Trump without blanking out...

Third, will the economy be strong enough for the independents to vote for Trump again...
